Developing your global mindset, and that of your team
To be succesful, the most important attribute required for today's leaders is a not a new set of skills or experience, but rather a new perspective: a global mindset. This is the ability to influence individuals, groups,organizations, and systems that have different ideas, experiences and viewpoints than your own.
To be able to do that leaders and their teams need to know who they are, understand others that they are in relation with and know the system that they are a part of.
